Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. (1 Corinthians 13:6) for those who are self-seeking and who reject the truth and follow evil, there will be wrath and anger. (Romans 2:8) They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths. (2 Timothy 4:4) they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done. (Romans 1:28) For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie (2 Thessalonians 2:11) They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. (2 Thessalonians 2:10) in order that they all may be judged who did not believe the truth, but took pleasure in wickedness. (2 Thessalonians 2:12) Although they know Gods righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them. (Romans 1:32) For this peoples heart has become calloused; they hardly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts and turn, and I would heal them. (Matthew 13:15)
