Love for Shamrocks These Shamrock Mini Cakes transform a box brownie mix into shamrock cakes. Its like magic! Prepare brownie mix according to package directions; pour batter into Rectangle Baking Pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Microwave 1 package (8 oz) / 225 g of cream cheese in Classic Batter Bowl for 30-45 seconds until very soft. Add ¼ cup (60 mL) powdered sugar and 3-4 drops of green food coloring and whisk until smooth. Spoon cream cheese mixture into small resealable plastic bag. Trim the corner; pipe cream cheese over batter in four rows. Using Small Spreader, gently swirl cream cheese mixture through batter to create a marbled effect. Bake brownies 20-24 minutes or until wooden pick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool completely. Using heart-shape Fruit & Cheese Cutter, cut out 28 hearts. Arrange 4 hearts on a plate with the points facing inward to make a shamrock. Microwave ½ cup (125 mL) semi-sweet chocolate morsels until melted. Pipe or spoon a chocolate stem at bottom of shamrock. Yield: 7 shamrock cakes
