Love is the only mysterious energy which makes you feel fulfilled. Everything else puts you in a wanting mode ,but not in a fulfilling mode. Love is experienced only when you accept people as they are, with their weakness and faults and learn to love them. Instead of being stressed out,one should learn to transform the other person. It gives the power of direct perception. In life our perception is through resistance,we resist through our likes and dislikes ,these become our rigid framework. In corporate world too,your rigid likes and dislikes interfere in your perception,hence,you try to protect and safeguard what you want ,you are not free to see the other objectively. Understanding comes through being aware of what is without giving personal slants to your perception where youre caught up with your own point of view. This is self love which is exclusive,love is inclusive. When you exclude others,youre in conflict and there will be chaos. When you truly love the other,yourent in conflict with the other. Team spirit happens this way. The corporate world and our personal life will be in order if we learn to explore how love can be the basis of ones work.
