Love it when people think its ok to dictate what others do with Private property. If all these lobbyists love buildings so much why not buy them instead of telling other people what to do with things they do not own!!!! Old Buildings cost loads to own,run and maintain do not make enough to cover even half the bills also certain buildings were only built to last a short time so we should save what is worth saving and develop the rest with iconic developments so future generations have buildings they want to list.
