Thinking how important it is to do trail work for ARs to condition the feet and reactions to the ever changing terrain under foot. Theres no way pavement miles can prepare you for offroad trails. Then theres the mind conditioning, the extra concentration you need doing trails is intense compared to the zone-out of road work. I know where Id rather be, give me trails any day.
