Love when people think that they are capable of treating you as if your a puppet. They pull your strings, try to make you dance, they think that they control your every move with manipulation and deceit. They enjoy what they can use you for. They place you on the shelf and they forget that you have eyes and can see all the things they do. Even when they take measurements to hide their heartlessness. Your just a toy though,right ?You dont have feelings, you dont have a heart or know pain or feel the depth of a cut such as betrayal. You sit on the shelf, collecting dust and your not the only toy they have. The game with you is not the only game they play. They love to pull your strings, strings that tie directly into who you are and your complete existence. Its fun to watch you act as they plan each move for their enjoyment. I mean you love to see them happy, entertained with you, glad that you are theirs. Excited because your one of a kind. But they have other toys, they dont care for you any different. No matter how hard you try. Your just plastic, material, a painted smile. Its funny though because what they dont see is their own strings because in the midst of caring for someone we gladly move for them. True love comes whith no strings attached because that person sees your heart. They dont see your strings. Your flaws. But for them to treat you as just a puppet when you are so much more. You can see who they are. You can see that they feel nothing. Never forget just how rare you are and always know that you are worth more than what they could see. Its sad that people hardly take the time to look. Before they know it someone has put up an amount for you that they could never afford. Something priceless. Love. Left with their cheap toys and cheap games, they dance as a puppet would hoping to entertain someone who more than likely can only see the same strings that they themselves were once oh so familiar with.
