Lets Talk About Our Landlords And Landladies. Do you live in the same compound with your landlord? Are We Suppose To Worship Our Landlords Or Their Family? Not all might have lived in a rented apartment to know the cruelty of some Naija landlords.. So why not come share your experience.(mostly with landlords that stay in d same house. like a friend once shared with me the rules that applies in his house Rule 1- You must get home at least by 10 if not you are on your own Rule 2- you mustnt bring any visitor to sleep over without informing the landlord Rule 3- you mustnt have more than 3 children if not you are leaving the house. If your wife born triplets at once ...guy just murder one..if u wanna keep ur home (na play i dey ooo.). thou shall not kill Rule 4 - your car must not be better than the Landlords own.. (I remember i a visited a friend sometime ago though the landlord doesnt tolerate visitors. The day he knew I was the owner of the car parked outside.. the same as his, he threatened to give us quit notice..we had to beg...plus paid him extra 5k for breaking his silly rule!! Rule 5- the compound must be swept every weekend.if you cant sweep it, give the land lord money..so he employs someone.. Those are some i can remember!!! .. So lets meet your landlords or landlady.
