Lovely morning run on a chilly but sunny day! Met up with Jane and Aoife who got their running training in too :) Felt I could comfortably have gone 5k but met up Mark and Zeke coming the other way (for the second time) and decided to have an off lead run and splash in the lake instead - not, me you understand ;D ! Really amazed by my times too, especially considering an unscheduled tangle the first time we met Zeke and Luna did NOT want to go on without him!
