Lovey, a very old cat of my sisters, after months of caring for it; making sure it ate; grooming it; wiping food off of its face after she ate best she could eat, making sure she always had cool clean filtered water; playing with her, was in comfort, but showing several signs of dying.... After she snuck out of the room while all of us were at a doctors appointment in Fargo; she made it out the doggie door and we couldnt find her. This morning I located her frozen body close to the house. Whether she fell asleep and froze or if she froze herself to sleep, there was nothing that could be done, She was a Lovey; well beyond her nine lives.
