Lower back has been jacked up since Sunday. Skipped hams on Monday to let it rest, took it easy Tuesday (just trained abs and did cardio). Last night was light back and chest.....tonight is a toss up.....Thinking Ill opt to train bis/tris/delts/cardio and give the back one more day of recovery before hitting full legs tomorrow. Rather play it safe, and get a strong workout in, than push too hard, setting myself further back. Focused in on doing it right!
