Loyal players like myself are leaving the game for many reasons. The new players coming in will end up doing the same. The players that do stay usually do because of the friends they’ve made more than for the game itself. I’ve been playing since May 2013 and the changes in the game are dramatic. Getting a multi-million win was not uncommon when betting. Now they are very few and far between. Poor payouts , infrequent bonus games and free spins while betting get very discouraging. Some of the items I’d like to see changed follow: • New machines need to be introduced more often, especially when they’re out with a “Coming Soon” sign. • Get rid of the new “win” after a bonus win. It’s a waste of time and a ploy to make us think we’re winning the amount twice. This is one of the most annoying changes that has been implemented. • Get mobile and PC versions in sync in terms of sharing coins, i.e. when collecting a prize you can share up to 500 coins, but you can’t share anything on the mobile versions. ( I play on my PC, phone and Kindle) • Add new tiers to existing games. This would give the loyal players something else to work towards.. • Add directions, tips, tutorials to the game. Example of information to include would be the cause and affect of using the Collect and Send all Buttons. • The change to Inbox Full vs. having the coins/spins/gifts roll off is causing all sorts of problems for the players. Again, one of the worst changes you have implemented. • Changes to the game should be announced ahead of time so the players are aware of what is coming. They shouldn’t just be dropped in our lap. When you have something good, like a new machine, you announce that until the cows come home. It seems the changes that aren’t going to be popular are just slipped in with no fanfare, no announcement. • I’d like to see the Company use Focus Groups or Random Surveys regarding the current status of the game as well as for any future changes to the game. The players are the best source of information on game satisfaction and how a change will affect a how we play, far more so than the support team. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope it doesn’t fall on deaf ears. Slot Galaxy was the best game out there, and it has the capacity to be again. I for one would like to see that.
