This phenomenon is strange for a country that is in an area which isnt leading the field of academic research, and most of its population hasnt achieved more than basic education. So how did Israel become a technological oasis? Another secret Israeli Invention: Israeli Bonds. New York has invested their pension funds in Israeli Bonds. However, Israel pays their interest on older bonds by issuing new bonds, which will eventually result in a huge and unsustainable balloon of money due. The bonds are DOLLAR denominated, thus Israel can default without damaging her own currency.
