Luck doesnt exist in my eyes. Luck is confused with fortune/being fortunate. You cant attribute concrete results to intangible concepts (exempting the forces of the divine creative spirit, God or whatever you choose to call unnameable cosmic power-and attributing all good fortune the work of the divine creator is full of false pretenses as well). Luck only becomes real from someone hooking you up with resources or access you didnt previously have, your privilege within a society and all the hidden benefits and opportunities it brings (dont act like privilege isnt real), or from the result of your hard-earned work or attention to injury prevention. These experiences arent luck, they are outcomes. If you avoid injury or death from a natural disaster or human error, thats good fortune not good luck. - DMS
