Luke1:57-66 57. When it was time for Elizabeth to have her baby, she gave birth to a son. 58. Her neighbors and relatives heard that the Lord had shown her great mercy, and they shared her joy. 59. On the eighth day they came to circumcise the child, and they were going to name him after his father Zechariah, 60. but his mother spoke up and said, No! He is to be called John. 61. They said to her, There is no one among your relatives who has that name. 62. Then they made signs to his father, to find out what he would like to name the child. 63. He asked for a writing tablet, and to everyones astonishment he wrote, His name is John. 64. Immediately his mouth was opened and his tongue was loosed, and he began to speak, praising God. 65. The neighbors were all filled with awe, and throughout the hill country of Judea people were talking about all these things. 66. Everyone who heard this wondered about it, asking, What then is this child going to be? For the Lords hand was with him. ルカ1:57-66 57. さて、月が満ちて、エリサベトは男の子を産んだ。 58. 近所の人々や親類は、主がエリサベトを大いに慈しまれたと聞いて喜び合った。 59. 八日目に、その子に割礼を施すために来た人々は、父の名を取ってザカリアと名付けようとした。 60. ところが、母は、「いいえ、名はヨハネとしなければなりません」と言った。 61. しかし人々は、「あなたの親類には、そういう名の付いた人はだれもいない」と言い、 62. 父親に、「この子に何と名を付けたいか」と手振りで尋ねた。 63. 父親は字を書く板を出させて、「この子の名はヨハネ」と書いたので、人々は皆驚いた。 64. すると、たちまちザカリアは口が開き、舌がほどけ、神を賛美し始めた。 65. 近所の人々は皆恐れを感じた。そして、このことすべてが、ユダヤの山里中で話題になった。 66. 聞いた人々は皆これを心に留め、「いったい、この子はどんな人になるのだろうか」と言った。この子には主の力が及んでいたのである。 누가1:57-66 57. 엘리사벳이 해산할 기한이 차서 아들을 낳으니 58. 이웃과 친족이 주께서 그를 크게 긍휼히 여기심을 듣고 함께 즐거워하더라 59. 팔 일이 되매 아이를 할례하러 와서 그 아버지의 이름을 따라 사가랴라 하고자 하더니 60. 그 어머니가 대답하여 이르되 아니라 요한이라 할 것이라 하매 61. 그들이 이르되 네 친족 중에 이 이름으로 이름한 이가 없다 하고 62. 그의 아버지께 몸짓하여 무엇으로 이름을 지으려 하는가 물으니 63. 그가 서판을 달라 하여 그 이름을 요한이라 쓰매 다 놀랍게 여기더라 64. 이에 그 입이 곧 열리고 혀가 풀리며 말을 하여 하나님을 찬송하니 65. 그 근처에 사는 자가 다 두려워하고 이 모든 말이 온 유대 산골에 두루 퍼지매 66. 듣는 사람이 다 이 말을 마음에 두며 이르되 이 아이가 장차 어찌 될까 하니 이는 주의 손이 그와 함께 하심이러라
