Lunch I tried to make roti. Wheat flour with enough warm water to form a ball. I let it sit then wound up getting three pieces out of it. Instead of buying flatbreads Im looking for alternatives-homemade whole & healthy alternatives. I made a pizza with a roti, Swiss chard and mozzarella cheese, seasoned with garlic powder and oregano. I heated it in the oven till the cheese melted and browned a little. A sprinkle of sea salt made it great! I also had some spaghetti squash with butter spray (prefer Parkay), sea salt & ground pepper. Id like to try to use perhaps olive oil instead of the spray options. Just another habit to break.... Coffee, water and a chocolate fiber/protein drink.... Supper? I know what Im making. What are you having?
