If you would like to join us for lunch, please call Marsha at 423-442-2022 before 10:00 a.m. that same morning to make your reservation which is required. Menu subject to change. Menu is as follows: Mon Aug 5th-Salisbury Steak or Beef Patty with Gravy, Parslied Potatoes, California Blend Vegetables, Roll or W.W. Bread, Fruit in Season Tues Aug 6th-Chili, Cole Slaw, Corn, Crackers, Chilled Applesauce Wed Aug 7th-Pinto or Mixed Beans (Onions), Greens of Choice or Okra, Beets of Choice, Cornbread, Fruit in Season Thurs Aug 8th-Roast Pork, or Pork Choppette, Sweet Potatoes, Cauliflower (Cheese Sauce), Biscuit, or Bun, Apple Crisp or Peach Cobbler Fri Aug 9th-Tuna Salad or Egg Salad, Potato or Broccoli Salad, Three-Bean Salad or Sliced Tomatoes, Whole Wheat Bread, Cantaloupe or Fresh Fruit Salad We will be posting the lunch menu for the following week each Thursday.
