Lunch today!! I don’t want to hear “this isn’t enough” because this is NOT all I eat in one day. I eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack throughout the day. It adds up to about 1,200 calories which is sufficient if you are trying to cut calories and lose weight. Everyone’s body is different! I’m doing what works best for me! Total Calories: 190 Total Fat: 1g Total Sugar: 9.5g 1 medium baked sweet potato, cut into slices and drizzled with olive oil, cinnamon powder and hot chili powder -- baked at 425 F for 20 minutes (115 calories, 0g fat, 6g sugar) A few pieces of broccoli, rubbed with olive oil and hot chili powder (50 calories, 0g fat, 2.5g sugar) -- baked with the potato 425 F for 20 minutes 2 TBSP Sophia’s Roasted Red Pepper Dipping Sauce (25 calories, 1g fat, 1g sugar)
