Lunge Form ! -Medium stride step -Chest Up (Dont lean forward) -Core Tight (Draw Belly Button In) -Front shin stays vertical to ground ( Dont allow knee to shift forward past your toes, this will place a lot of pressure on your patellar tendon) -Push through front heel and squeeze your front glute -Keep front foot facing forward (Turn Turk feet out or in) A lot to form but if your form isnt right then your not engaging the proper muscles your trying to target during your lift and most importantly can cause injury. #BarnettForm #FormFirst
