Lusk Quilters have been holding their breath & last night we got the very sad news that our friend & patcher, Carolyn passed away peacefully. She has inspired us all especially over the last year with all her patchwork & determination. She always had some patchwork with her & was sewing up to very recently. She worked with us on the fundraising quilt for cancer and also completed patches for another quilt which we will continue to work on when we resume soon. This was Carolyns idea & wish to be given to the hospital where she was treated. She was Treasurer of our group for many years, but she was so much more then that.. all those little things, that are big things.. a good laugh, a great friend, our shared addiction to patchwork, love/appreciation for fabric & the great joy in purchasing even more fabric! Our heartfelt condolences to her husband, children, extended family & friends. We are heartbroken with our loss of our loved member. God bless Carolyn
