MAJLIS BERSAMA RAKYAT 2014 HOUSEKEEPING REMINDERS All respected guest(s) are kindly requested to take note of the following housekeeping reminders for the event day: 1. REGISTRATION & DOCUMENTATION: Registration will open from 8.00 to 10.30am. All guests are strongly advised to come as early as possible to avoid complications/delay. Guests are requested to prepare receipts and legal ID documentation - BSU card (for students only), IC or passport - for verification purposes right before registration on the event day. Upon finishing registration, please safe keep your coupon to ensure smooth entry and exit procedures during the ceremony. 2. DRESS CODE: refer guidelines here (bsunion.org/ziarah14/attire/). Anyone found not in line with the guidelines may not be allowed entry into the ceremony. Guests are advised to not wear thermal due to the nature of the event. Coat racks will be made available before entry to the ballroom. Guests are also advised to wear comfortable shoes and not bring big bags. 3. LOST & FOUND: Guests are reminded to be wary and safe keep personal belongings throughout the whole ceremony. 4. HEALTH & SAFETY: For the safety of our guests, please take note of the health and safety notices/announcements before the event ceremony. These notices will also be projected on the projector screen. 5. REIMBURSEMENT PROCEDURES: During registration, guests will be informed of instructions for reimbursement claims. Instructions/reminders for these procedures will also be announced via announcement in the venue. Representatives for group trips are reminded to bring a hardcopy list with signatures of students in order to successfully complete reimbursement claim. 6. POST-EVENT: Guests are kindly asked to make transport arrangements in advanced as the event may take longer to end; tentatively by 9pm. Guests, especially involved in group trips, are also strongly advised to have meeting points outside the venue (not in the hotel lobby) for health & safety reasons and avoid overcrowding.
