Tibbar Energy USVI reported to the Feds its physical address at (85A S Grapetree Bay Christiansted, VI 00820) which traces back to a 4 bed, 3 bath, 2,516 sq ft single family home built in 1995. Did the Virgin Islands government and Federal government properly vetted Tibbar Energy USVI, LLC? Complicating matters even further, this company makes no mention at the Tibbar Energy USVI website that convicted felon Aaron Smith took part in its radio interview even though you clearly hear him speaking on Tibbar Energy USVI behalf. You also hear Aaron Smith referring to the Tibbar Energy USVI project as our project.
