MAJOR UPDATES - NOON SESSIONS, NEW PROGRAMS, AND FUN EVENTS - Everything you need to know about Queen Street... More Info at: crossfitqueenstreet/ This is the post you have all been waiting for. We hope that everyone had an absolutely fantastic break and New Years, and are as excited as we are to get back to training! We are going to try and hit as many points as possible with this post but if we miss anything please feel free to comment or shoot us a message. There are some pretty major updates for the next few months in this post so if you are either a current member, or interested in joining, please make sure you read through everything. 1. PROGRAMS - This semester we will be offering both CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 Fitness Programs. The Level 2 will be the same as the standard Fitness classes from before the break, and the Level 1 will be a more beginner friendly option. If you are just starting off in CrossFit or are looking for a more accessible training option, the Level 1 is a great place to start. These sessions will be taking place at the same time and will be lead by the same coach, all the athletes will be training together but the workouts will be slightly different. - If you are not sure about signing up because you have heard CrossFit is too intense we suggest trying a Level 1 class. - We are continuing to offer performance workouts, weightlifting training time, Athletes Yoga, and open gym. - If you are interested in doing your own training, any time the gym is open you are welcome to come in for Open Gym. 2. SCHEDULE Monday-Friday 6-7am - CrossFit Level 1 and 2 Fitness 7-8am - CrossFit Level 1 and 2 Fitness 12-1pm - CrossFit Level 1 and 2 Fitness 3:30-4:30 - CrossFit Level 4 Performance 4:30-5:30pm - CrossFit Level 1 and 2 Fitness 5:30-6:30pm - CrossFit Level 1 and 2 Fitness 6:30-7:30pm - Open Gym *Thursday 6:30-7:30pm = Weightlifting Saturday 8:30-10am - CrossFit Level 4 Performance/Weightlifting/Open Gym 10-11am - CrossFit Level 1 and 2 Fitness 11am-12pm - Open Gym 12-1pm - Yoga Sunday Closed *Please note that Performance training (CrossFit Level 4), now begins at 3:30pm instead of 3. If this does not allow enough time to complete the workouts we will change the time back. **The Saturday schedule has been completely overhauled. 3. MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS AND PRICING Link: crossfitqueenstreet/rates/ Payment can be made either online through our website, or in gym with cash, cheque, or credit/debit card. For Students: - 1 Month: $85 - 4 Months (1 semester): $300 General Members - 1 Month: $115 - 4 Months (January until End of April): $400 Everyone: - 10 Classes: $120 - Drop-In: $20 *Prices DO NOT include HST. Membership Discounts: - We will be offering Couples Rates this semester (15% off for each person in the relationship). Please contact for more information. - First responders and Military Members will also receive a 15% discount off the listed membership prices. 4. EVENTS - CrossFit Open: we are going to be running the CrossFit Open as a gym and would like for as many members as possible to sign-up. The registration begins on January 15th and the Open starts at the end of February. - End of year member competition and social. We had an absolute blast at the last one and are going to be bringing this back for round 3! More updates to come later. - Other events... It is our goal to host a lot more events and socials throughout the semester as a gym, we will release more details in the coming weeks but this will include things like Seminars (recovery, powerlifting, etc...), BBQs, event night, and more! 5. INTERESTED IN JOINING?? (NEW MEMBERS) - If you are a new member or are interested in singing up, here is what you need to know. Your first sessions is always free and there is no sign-up required. Take a look at our schedule and choose a CrossFit Level 1 and 2 Fitness Class which works for you. - We ask that you show up for your first sessions early so we can meet you and get you to fill out a waiver. This year we are offering a special CrossFit Level 1 program which is perfect for beginners so please do not be intimidated if you do not think you are in good enough shape to do CrossFit. - We are open to all ability levels!
