MALAGA GROUP WEATHER UPDATE Sunday 28th September 2014: Good morning!!!......are we all accounted for!!!......Hands up if your missing......Michael Pritchard lower your hands. We all know your here :) .......What a day it was yesterday and what a night last night......Oh, you slept through it???......never mind!!!......We still have rain about in places and that alert status runs for another couple of hours but Seriously though, our first biggish rains and we survived. I havent scoured the press yet but I am not aware of major incident here but I am sure you members will correct me if Im wrong!!!.....So, lets talk about what happens next.......Today should be an improvement on yesterdays weather and once early heavy cloud breaks that sun will poke its head through and say hello.....However, we still have rain about and its possible it could still be heavy so dont relax just yet!!!.....The good news is that there is no more official warnings raised for the weather today and as we proceed, this evening should be a clearing one with that cloud thinning somewhat!!!......Tomorrow we remain with fluffy bits for some and some large cloudlets around in other places and we remain with a risk of showers particularly in the afternoon.......This MO (Modus Operandi) is the same for Tuesday and then we are keeping a close eye now on Wednesday where we are expecting more heavy rain to fall!!!......Thursday onwards and through next weekend is looking unsettled and at this time I think its safe to say Autumn has well and truly arrived.......And therefore, you good people of Malaga should get out and about when itd rays up a bit and visit the Genal Valley......New England on the fall comes to Malaga!!!.....The beautiful colours of the forests up there is stunning......Dont know where it is?......take the Ronda Road out of San Pedro and climb.....and climb.....and climb passing the Venta MadroƱeo in the middle of nowhere that comes up on the left on a bend and after approximately 1.5 kilometres a turning comes up on the left......take it and follow this road down into the Genal Valley......why not visit the Smurfs why you are there!!!......Seriously, their village of Juzcar is also in the valley.....amazing part of Andalucia!!!.......Jim Fraser for the EiALERT NETWORK taking you to all the best places :)
