MALAYSIA MH370 - Oh no! Look, everyone is now expressing frustration, disappointment, helplessness, etc, at the government of Malaysia. I would ask that we all remain focused, calm & sober - still hoping for the best. The truth is that the current leadership in Malaysia (...all levels including their airport) is one vast political landscape with huge weaknesses and one that is very incapable of meeting such high standards of professionalism as expected - especially where communications are involved. Most (...ofcourse not all) officers in the Malaysian government are political appointees (cronies picked & placed randomly in jobs by political benefactors) who have no ability whatsoever to understand or comprehend issues and implications at the level where the MH370 matter is at now. Infact - it is easier for them to discuss the color of an Italian footballer than to host hourly press briefings on the matter, like what we saw in Kenya when terrorists attacked Westgate Mall (...Kenyas H. E. President Uhuru Kenyatta personally took charge & gave press updates as the mater unfolded...and even when the rescue was bungled, he was the one who confessed on live TV that they had missed the mark. Smart work was done in Kenya). In Malaysia today, most government leaders are more focused stopping political opponents from vying for electoral seats (by hook or crook) or discrediting a satire video showing on you tube, than they are on the search for the poor souls in the MH370 drama. When you understand who you are dealing with here, you will agree that you need to tone down your emotions, lower your expectations and focus on practical alternatives. Forgive them, they just do not know what they are handling....
