MAN EXPOSES HIMSELF TO A 15-YEAR-OLD GIRL IN NORTH PORTLANDS ST. JOHNS NEIGHBORHOOD News Release from Portland Police Bureau Posted on FlashAlert: March 7th, 2014 7:41 PM This evening, Friday March 7, 2014, at 5:39 p.m., North Precinct officers responded to North Smith Street and Ida Avenue on the report that a man exposed himself to a 15-year-old girl. Officers arrived in the area and contacted the victim who told police that she was walking home and a man in a gray or silver two-door car pulled up and called out to her asking for directions. The victim walked towards the car and saw that the man had his pants down and he was masturbating. The victim ran away and went home to call 9-1-1. The suspect drove away in an unknown direction. Several officers checked the area for the vehicle but did not find anything matching the description. The suspect is described as a white male in his 30s with blonde hair. Based on the description of the suspect, vehicle and his masturbatory behavior, officers do not believe this is the same suspect in numerous Northeast Portland reports of a flasher.
