MAN I TIRED FIGHTING. EVERY STEP OF THE WAY I DOES HAVE TUH BE - TopicsExpress

MAN I TIRED FIGHTING. EVERY STEP OF THE WAY I DOES HAVE TUH BE FIGHTING. But I won this round. These people keep messing up, first misplacing my application so that I am not allocated a place on this part-sponsored advanced level Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) course and then forgetting me the second time around again. I put my foot down so they allocated me a space and told me I could do part one of a 5-part course at the very end. Ok so this means that I do the second part first and the first part last. I said ok, because if I wait again, the sponsors could withdraw or my circumstances could change. Bookface I persevered and I completed parts 2-5. Last week I emailed them as time was passing, and asked them why I have not been given information about the new block,(so I could finally complete block 1). I was told I would be allocated a space in Wembley. Wait!, allocated a space? So they did manage to forget me again. So I said no, I know that there is one course near Stratford which is so much nearer to me than Wembley. The man, the same buff teet man that messed me up the first couple of times, try to explain that he did not place me near my area because we dont allocate re-sits. Eh? Huh? I said hold on, we both know I am not re-sitting, you forgot and youre trying to cover your own back again! Anyway I decided to go over his head. I called the bossed direct. It took them a few days to admit that the course nearer to me had already begun...and yes they made another error They said sorry. They offered to pay my fares to and from Wembley for the three days of the course. I said nope, I am not getting up at no early hours to attend no course, I want a hotel. They said ok and agreed to pay for two nights. I said no, I want to get there the day before so that I can settle in. They said ok we will give you three nights. I told them that I will also need breakfast and dinner for each night. They agreed. They also paid for the tickets in advance. So... I will be leaving tomorrow to attend the final days of my DV course, all expenses paid. Moral of this story. Dont stand for no nonsense and if they mess up MAKE THEM PAY!
