MAN U,WHY DI MARIA? Angel di Maria is a grade I out and out striker.He was not asked to leave Real Madrid but left because Madrid didnt want to increase his salarly from 3m Euros a year to 8m a year.Before the season began,i posted on Man U fans base that they do not need a striker but a total overhaul of the defence line and two grade I midfielders.I didnt know they ignored my suggestion until they went to the transfer market to waste there money.Luke Shaw is an average defender in a grade I club.What is Man u doing with Di Maria when they have Rooney and RVP(two grade I strikers) and Mata who can play as an out and out striker. 65m pounds spent for Di Maria would get Man U two or three quality defenders.The likes of Hummels,Bonucci,Miranda,Juan Fran Torres, can be tempted to Man U with big offer instead of Di Maria.Three matches,one draw and two loss is not a good result for the Red Coloured Devil.Am not a fan of Man U but as a seasoned football analyst,i see another disastrous year for the Old Traffords for spending there money on players that are not needed in the club.
