By......neutering him? Definitely not. No, they handled it by keeping King until 48 hours ago, then dumping him at the shelter with a bad reputation and a fast track to the euth list. King is a lovely dog with people and if he had some guidance, he might even ultimately become a lovely dog with others of his own kind. All of that is in an uncertain future---for tonight, King needs a New Hope rescue partner to, responsibly, pull him to safety.
