MARIAN DEVOTEES OF RIZAL LETANIA DE MARIA EXHIBIT SM CITY TAYTAY (EVENT CENTER) 22 SEPTEMBER – 27 SEPTEMBER 2013 EXHIBIT GUIDELINES: 1. Image owners may bring tables, pedestals, and decorations for the Marian image. The organizers will provide ample space for your image; 2. The start of the ingress and set-up at the SM City Taytay will be on the 21st of September 2013 at 9:00 PM (after SM City Taytay mall hours); 3. As much as we want to accommodate everybody, we will be limiting the number of persons per image to come during ingress. Therefore, only three (3) persons are allowed to accompany the image during ingress. The organizers will provide an Exhibitor’s Pass for this. 4. All items brought in for the decorations must be written on the ingress form provided; 5. The formal opening of the Marian exhibit will be on the 22nd of September at 3:00 PM; 6. All exhibitors are expected to take care and be responsible for the images in exhibition. The organizers will not be held liable for any untoward incident or loss of effects that may happen. However, the organizers, together with the security of SM City Taytay will do our best to maintain security and order during the course of the exhibit; 7. Any untoward incident or misbehavior during the course of the exhibit may result in non-participation of the image owner in future activities of the Marian Devotees of Rizal; 8. The exhibit will run until the 27th of September 2013. As such, the egress will start after the mall hours on the same date; and 9.
