MARICEL SEEKS PERFECT ENDING OF TV SERIES by Rowena Tan September 13, 2014 Actress Maricel Soriano is not one to spoil expectations. Asked what to look forward to in the finale of “Ang Dalawang Mrs. Real” next week, she simply let out a hearty laugh and said, “Expect the unexpected na lang.” “Ang Dalawang Mrs. Real” is about a man (played by Dingdong Dantes) who falls in love with two women (Soriano and Lovi Poe) and marries both. Soriano is overwhelmed that fans continuously rave about the show, allowing it to repeatedly trend on social media. “Nakakaloka,” said Soriano, amused as she is with fans going far as to analyze her character’s sentiments. “Sabi nila, ‘Ah, tama ’yung ginawa ng role mo, kasi mahal mo pa. Huwag ka nang magpaka-ipokrita, mahal mo pa,’ ’Yung mga ganun,” she said. Soriano admitted that she will miss working on “Ang Dalawang Mrs. Real” once it wraps up given the camaraderie the cast and crew built together. “Hindi mga eksena ’yung mami-miss ko, kundi ’yung buong cast ng soap opera na ito, hindi ko makakalimutan,” she said. Asked about the biggest lesson she has learned from the show, Soriano simply said, “Ipaglaban mo kapag mahal mo pa.” Meanwhile, Soriano is as hopeful as the show’s fans that a book two will push through. “Bakit hindi? Pwede naman,” she maintained.
