MAX EFFORT 2RM BOW BAR SQUAT W. 120LBS OF CHAINS. Work sets were: 445x2 | 475x2 w. Chains. First time in my actual briefs and suit at the same time. That pressure though! This training session is dedicated to Brian Cain for is mentorship, inspiration and support as I prepare for the 2015 Womens Pro/Am. ;) And a HUGE shout out to my training partner Lance A.
