MAYSAR/Whitelion, VAHS HLT and YMCA Whittlesea staff are getting ready for camp. We are very excited to hold our second camp next week in a partnership between MAYSAR/Whitelion, VAHS Healthy Lifestyles team and the YMCA Whittlesea. Thanks to VAHS Healthy lifestyles team for the support, partnership and goodies for the kids, VAHS Dental team for the dental showbags! Koori Courts for giving us bags, drink bottles, notepads, pens and magnets. Victorian Aboriginal Housing Board for showbags, boomerangs, books. Whitelion for heaps of goodies for the bags, toothbrush, toothpaste, hats, beanies, gloves, scarves, and heaps of shampoo, cond, soap etc. AALI for their support of MAYSAR, City of Yarra for their continued support of MAYSAR Uncle Jim Berg for spending time with the kids at camp. Esme Bamblett for spending time with the kids at camp. Magistrate Fella who is paying us a visit at camp to do high ropes. Thank you to the Koori Justice Unit for funding MAYSAR and YMCA to run the camps. VAHS HLT for contribution with staff, resources, healthy lifestyle education sessions, leadership sessions, and goodies. All of the partners have helped make the camps possible.
