If your diet is so miserable that you need to take days off from it, then it most likely isnt maintainable and WILL eventually backfire. Being happy and being able to be consistent are a thousand times more important in terms of getting results than following a demanding eating schedule or restrictive diet rules. Food is awesome and pleasurable and losing fat, getting healthy and meeting your fitness goals can and SHOULD be a fun and enjoyable adventure, contrary to popular belief. Taking the simplest approach that makes YOU feel good trumps all because the less thinking and planning you have to do, the easier your approach will be to implement and stick to. Need help?
