MBS Paint Sdn Bhd is hiring Sales or General Clerk Specialization: Others Type: Full Time Level: Fresh/Entry Level Available: 3 Position Salary:RM1500-RM2500 Job Scopes:- 1) To carry out clerical duties relating to data entry. To support sales team in all sales and administration matters. 2) Ensure all documents such as receipts, notes, invoices, delivery order, send order and other miscellaneous documents are in order and filed properly. 3) Responsible to maintain incoming documents from suppliers and customers to ensure effective and efficient storage and retrieval. 4) Maintaining sales and customers database in accurate and timely manner. 5) Assist warehouse department on delivery issue. 6) To assist in sales related activities and events Qualification:- 1) Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School / SPM / “O” Level and above 2) Pleasant personality, self-motivation and willing to learn. 3) At least 1 year working experience in related field is required for this position. Fresh graduate also encourage to apply. 4) Well versed in MS Word, Excel and data entry 5) Proficiency in English Language, Bahasa Malaysia. 6) Applicants must be willing to work in Klang.
