MEC Vadi to address the media on the Gautrain arbitration ruling and department’s plans around alternative routes Gauteng MEC for Roads and Transport Ismail Vadi will today, 28 November 2013, address the media on the outcome of the Arbitration Award in the Tunnel Water Ingress Dispute between the Gauteng Provincial Government and the Bombela Concession Company (Pty) Ltd. The Gautrain Water Ingress Dispute was heard during a series of hearings during the period September 2012 to October 2013 and a Tribunal of the Arbitration Foundation of SA and it subsequently gave its ruling on 23 November 2013. MEC Vadi will also outline the department’s plans around the maintenance of the alternative routes to e-tolling.
