They are in the oven..... since a Real Italian lives here I upped the garlic to one tablespoon, added one teaspoon of Italian seasoning, and used 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese. They smell incredible! So I opened the kitchen window, turned on the fan..... the neighbors will go insane! Used olive oil to fry chops of course... duh. Hee hee hee. My chops are not wimpy...2 inches thick. So added extra five minutes to bake. Hope thats enough.
