OR are we going back to te Kanu era? 3.Were was 319 mps when the only 30 mps [below quoram threshold] passed the bill? 4.Will the 319 absentee mps start blaming those passed the bill on pubic rallies,streets $ press when they shld hav bn in te hse to oppose the bill? 5.FINALLY,Will prezz Uhuru assent to th bill OR he will decline it jst like Kibaki did to te media bill?,OR WORST heed to the advice of our problematic AG knwn as Githu Muigai?.
