MEDIA RELEASE For immediate release: Tuesday, September 16, 2014 SUBJECT: Clarinda Police make drug arrest while serving warrant ***It should be noted that a criminal charge/complaint is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law. *** On Monday, September 15, 2014 at approximately 4:00 p.m. officers arrested Caleb Jordan Ennen, age 19, of Clarinda pursuant to an arrest warrant for credit card fraud issued by the Page County Magistrate. At the time of his arrest Ennen was found in possession of a controlled substance believed to be marijuana and drug paraphernalia related items. Ennen was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Page County Jail in lieu of bail, pending initial appearances before the Page County Magistrate. The matter has been referred to the offices of Page County Attorney Jeremy S.
