MEDIA STATEMENT ON BEHALF OF EVIEW GROUP RE: USE OF DRONES It has come to the attention of the Eview Group that during the course of the marketing for sale of the property situated at 552 Esplanade, Mount Martha, that Ms Mandy Lingard has inadvertently been photographed and included in an advertisement marketing the above property. At all times Eview Group as a real estate agency is always looking for better ways to professionally market a Vendor’s property and to provide a point of difference by using the latest technology available. In this particular instance given the location of the property, an aerial view can provide substantial information to prospective purchasers as to not only the location but to assist in identifying instances to natural attractions such as the waterfront. In this particular instance, Eview utilised the services of CASA authorised third parties being Reality Writers and Sky Robot, to obtain the images for the purposes of advertising. Images of Miss Lingard were not used intentionally, it was merely an oversight and Eview Group have put into place systems and procedures to ensure that such instances do not occur in the future. Eview Group apologises for any inconvenience or embarrassment caused to Ms Lingard or her family. Should you have any further enquiries in respect to the above matter, Manos Findikakis, the Director of Eview Group will be available at the Frankston Office, 463 Nepean Highway, Frankston, Victoria to answer your questions between 3pm and 5pm Monday 17th November 2014.
