MEMBER REQUEST - Hi, please help!! I paid my #weddingphotographer 100 deposit. Then paid the balance of 500 off a few weeks later (thinking I could just get one thing out of the way at a time) however, my wedding wasnt going to be till April next year but unfortunately we have had to postpone although we dont have an actual date yet. I explained our situation to my photographer and asked how much of the balance I would lose. He has stated that I will lose it ALL as he had to refuse another couple for my date. Is this correct? Have I no grounds at all to get the balance back with still 7mths to go before the date?? Please help.
