The plane CANNOT fly beyond 08:35 8 march 2014. 2. It contacted the surface of the South Indian Ocean after 0819 ( half ping ). 3. The chances of anyone surviving the event is less than slim. 4. The plane DID do a turn and cross North Peninsula Malaysia. 5. The Military of Malaysia definitely saw the plane all the way. 6. The Military of Thailand and Indonesia definitely saw it too. 7. The plane departed its planned flight route and flew deliberately in full control until it exited radar contact. 8. The lack of radio calls and the sequence of events with voice and data reporting equipment failing is consistent with unlawful human interference 9. The data from Inmarsat combined with the endurance circle of the aircraft is the best way to determine its last airborne position and I believe its accurate. 10. Malaysia failed badly when it continued search over the South China Sea until Friday in the first week. 11. The Cleverer boys failed badly when they initially misidentified the first South Indian Ocean search location, but they handled the boo-boo very well, no one picked it up. 12. There has been NO acceptable mechanical/electrical/environmental causes that has not met a red flag that kills such theories. 13. The MH370 saga is a very well planned well executed mission with an unexplained WHY. 14. The 90 seconds from the last Radio Transmission at 01:19:25 - Goodnight, Malaysian 370 - until the transponder was taken off air defines this whole saga. 15. There is no conspiracy linked to the loss of MH370. 16. The only conspiracy is the continued cover-up of incompetence of certain people involved in this disappearance.
