MID-NITE CRY; 8/26/14;; LUKE.24:1-12;;; The women that had prepared the spices came the 1st. day of the week;;; to anoint JESUS body & found the stone rolled away;;; You have to understand that it was no easy task to roll those stones away from the opening of the tomb;;;they were set on an incline so that when released they would roll down;;; in front of the opening thus sealing the grave;;; They went in looking for the body;;; but didnt find it;;; they couldnt understand what had happened;;; they were like people today who hear the word but dont retain it;;; while they were looking around 2 men in shining clothing came in & asked why they were looking for the living among the dead;;; They said HES not here;;; but HE is risen;;; they said dont you remember that HE told you that HE would be crucified @ the hands of sinful men & on the 3rd day arise??? They had heard it;;; but hadnt really believed it;;; I see it happen all the time in the prison;;; Oh they amen & praise the LORD but do they really believe??? I dont think so because some of them are right back for the same thing 6 mths. to 1 yr. later for the same thing;;; LET ME SHARE SOMETHING WITH YOU;;; i DID THE SAME THING SOME OF THESE DO;;; THE GOSPEL WAS PREACHED TO ME;;; I WENT UP TO THE ALTAR;;; SAID THE PRAYER;;; GOT BAPTIZED IN WATER;;; 2 WKS. AFTER THAT I WAS BACK DOING THE THINGS I WAS DOING BE FORE I GOT((saved));;;& I GOT WORSE THAN i WAS BEFORE;;; I was like a-lot of people today they are hearing the WORD;;; but not with their spiritual ears;;; They say they see but their sin remains;;; WHEN YOU TRULY GET BORN AGAIN YOU WILL BE DIFFERENT & NOT GO BACK TO WHERE YOU WERE ;;; Instead if you are truly born again you will want to go forward with GOD not go away from HIM;;; THINK ON THESE THINGS;;; IN HIS SERVICE;;; JOHN
