MIND MANAGEMENT Are you struggling with disturbing dreams? Well, its important to know that the state of our mind determines the kind of dreams we have. This is why the first priority for the overcomer is mind management. A Christian should keep his body and mind pure and clean because he is a temple of the Holy Spirit. The Bible gives us a clear example of what our state of mind should be as Christians. Philippians 4:8 “Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.” Are your thoughts in line with God’s Word? If not, it could very well be the cause of the disturbing dreams you are having. You need God’s Word. God’s Word refreshes our mind and God’s Spirit renews our strength. If your heart and mind are filled with Gods Word, you will talk, think, and act that Word. So, put on the new man by renewing your mind with God’s Word and submitting your body to the authority of it.
