MIND YOU’RE COOKING OIL ….. WARNS AYURVEDA AND MODERN STUDIES……: Refined cooking oils like Soya oil, Sunflower oil,Safflower oil, Palm oil etc. causes HEART DISEASE and other serious ailments like Cancer,Allergy,Tumor and Arteriosclerosis. These studies are carried out at Mauritius University(1995), Graze University(1993), Alexandria university (1989),Ankara University((1999) and CFTRI (India). THE GIMMICK AND ILLUSION OF REFINED OIL: As I remember during 1980 the refined oil were introduced in INDIAN market and now 95% people particularly in urban areas use refined oil. Our traditional cooking oils are ruled out by people. This is a market game being played by a syndicate of our government and western market players. Please note that SOYA REFINED OIL, SUNFLOWER OIL including all ‘So called refined oils’ are not the oils for cooking purpose!!!!!...But these are advertised as best for heart…This is all false and rubbish quotes and statements. I tell you the real story behind it. This fact you can clarify it by consultation with heart specialist…Just discuss it. There is no description of such refined oils for cooking purpose in AYURVEDA. STORY OF SOYA OIL: The soya oil is made from Soybean seeds which are not an oil crop. The Soya bean is cultivated in America and this is primarily used as a cattle feed for pigs. Soya bean is not a crop for human beings and it contains complex type of protein that human digestive system cannot digest it…only animal can digest it. We also consume Soya bean badi and chunks… that are harmful for our health and it can abuse and damage the gender determination and their growth in infants and child. STORY OF SUNFLOWER OIL: The SUN FLOWER is very harmful for our health. In Ayurveda it falls under the category of harmful and low category oils .In ancient time this oil was used for paint and varnish applications. MYSTERY OF REFINING PROCESS: These kinds of oils are refined because you cannot smell and eat since these smells very bad like smell from dead fish! To eliminate that bad smell the manufacturer are bound to refining process. In refining process the bad smelling oil is passed in a metallic capillary (over 200 degree centigrade temperatures) to eliminate the bad smell. This process is called refining of ‘so called’ refined cooking oil. The oil is burned in this process at this temperature and burned cooking oil is like poison for our health.Furthermore synthetic vitamins antioxidants and gulcosynolates are added in refined oils and those are highly harmful for health. COOKING OILS FOR INDIANS: Cooking oils are subjected to area in which the people are living. Food habits are related to geographical region. If you consume grains, vegetables and cooking oils out of your geographical region for a longer period it cause health problems. For a taste you can taste these but not for longer period.
