MINISTER PHOOFOLO CANNOT GUARANTEE SCOTTS RETURN TO LESOTHO... Hon. Phoofolo, speaking on Moafrika fm, says he cannot give a guarantee that Lehlohonolo Scott will evetually arrive in to answer charges brought against him. This is in direct contradiction to what Min. Monyake said, when he had a time frame of about 2 weeks for possible extradition to be finalised. According to Phoofolo, Scott has to appear in a SA court that could or could not authorise his extradition, coupled with automatic blocking of such an extradition request if he faces death penalty. Given that very big names are said to be party to human organs sales championed by Scott, will they sorround him with an army of lawyers to block his expected arrival in the Motherland?? Seems like this Scott drama is yet to unfold. Lesotho News will keep you posted as and when developments occur.
