MINISTERS, INCLUDING KABIMBA IN THE DARK ON SATAS CONDITION Information has emerged that almost all cabinet ministers including acting president Wynter Kabimba do not have correct information on the current health condition of ailing dictator Michael Sata. Ministers and security wings are also, like most people, depending on the Watchdog for updates. Government source say there has been so much secrecy on the health status of Sata to the extent that not even the Intelligence and Security wings are sure what the true position is.
