MINNESOTA MUSEUM OF AMERICAN ART ANNOUNCES FINALISTS FOR THE 2014 MINNESOTA BIENNIAL The Cradleboard Project-Four Seasons by Douglas K. Limon made the finals. 36 finalists have been selected for the 2014 Minnesota Biennial, organized by the Minnesota Museum of American Art. Through a blind jurying process, a panel of three jurors selected the finalists from a total of 377 applications. Selections were made based on artist’s resume, a one-page artist’s statement, and images of existing artwork. The competition was open to all Minnesota artists within the Twin Cities to parts Outstate—a showcase of the many different and unique forms that artistic ingenuity takes in Minnesota. The 2014 Minnesota Biennial exhibition dates are June 12 - August 3, 2014 at the Pioneer Endicott Building, 141 E. 4th Street, St. Paul, MN 55101 Entrance located on the corner of 4th and Robert Streets.
