MINUTES OF CNNHS BATCH ’85 4TH MEETING HELD ON SATURDAY, DECEMBER 06, 2014 AT SHYLIN SEAFOOD RESTO, MACAPAGAL BLVD. PASAY CITY. Meeting was called to order at 7;40 PM by the organizers of Manila Chapter and quorum was established. ATTENDEES: 1. DELA FUENTE, SARAH CARRANCEJA 2. CANEBA, MA. DULCE SARION 3. ALEGRE, HERMES Approval of Minutes: Motion: To approve minutes from 3rd Manila Chapter meeting Vote: Unanimous approval The following were discussed: 1. Daet chapter is still looking for possible venue of the batch’s reunion. 2. Collection of contribution will start on February 2015. 3. The color of batch’s t-shirt would be light green and with collar, Cesar Obnamia promised to bring samples of t-shirt next meeting. 4. A reserved seats from a particular bus company was suggested for Manila batch mates going to Daet. 5. To formulate a specific budget plan for the reunion in order to come up with a target goal of collection from each batch mates. 6. Daet chapter will post their minutes of meeting to facilitate meeting of minds and coordination. Resolved : That the date of Batch ’85 30th Reunion would be on December 26, 2015. Resolved: That Daet Chapter will submit quotations for the following on or before March 2015: a. Venue with sound system b. Catering (snacks and dinner) c. Priest/church stipend (mass, offering, etc.) d. Photo Booth (serves as a souvenir for batch mates) Resolved : That there is a designated table by section ( to have a great bonding with good old friends, but batch mates can still go to other tables to get along with other sections) Meeting adjourned at exactly 9:00 PM.
