MINUTES OF MURRAYS BAY SCHOOL PTA THURSDAY 8th AUGUST 2013 7PM AT MBS STAFFROOM Previous Minutes: MOTION that the minutes of the previous meeting dated 11th July 2013 be approved as a true & accurate record and held on file. Moved by: Annette Seconded by: Richard CARRIED Treasurer’s Report: Nothing new to report – Balance is $13,182.00 Annette is doing the Charity Committee report which is being done online before 30th September 2013. MOTION that the Treasurer’s Report be approved as a true & accurate record and held on file. Moved by: Richard Seconded by: Annette CARRIED General Business: PTA BBQ Box Richard made the suggestion for us to collaborate our BBQ utensils and miscellaneous items we use for running the various sausage sizzles into it’s own home in the form of a box. This way things will be kept together and thus lessen the need for running around. Adidas Fun Run 2013 We have sponsorship for the ice-blocks – thanks Richard for organising this. Next Meeting: Thursday 5th September 2013 at 7pm in the Murrays Bay School Staffroom. Meeting closed at 7.40pm ADMIN NOTES: PTA – Have a think about Carols on the Lawn and how we shape this event.
