MISSING!!! Very special little Dog. Please help us find him. He was lost in the Red Hill Road / Winding Road area just outside of Parkersburg on Tuesday, 28 October. He is a Rat Terrier and has been neutered and has had all of his shots. He is a bit mischievious and acts a little aggressive at times, but means no harm. He answers to the name of MeSo and is not wearing a collar or his tags. We miss him terribly and would appreciate any word or to on where he may be our if and when he was seen.
